Promoter Bajjo has called for forgiveness in the wake of the passing of the outspoken Tamale Mirundi.

Bajjo emphasised the inevitability of death, noting that regardless of one’s actions or words during life, everyone ultimately meets the same fate.

Tamale Mirundi was known for his bold and unfiltered commentary, often speaking out on topics and individuals that others were hesitant to address.

According to Bajjo, Mirundi was a unique figure who dared to speak the truth, even if it was unpopular. While acknowledging that Mirundi’s words may have offended some, Bajjo urged those who were hurt by his statements to find it in their hearts to forgive him.

Reflecting on his own experiences, Bajjo admitted that as an events promoter, he too often speaks out and sometimes causes offense with his words.

However, he believes that in death, forgiveness should prevail, leaving judgment to a higher power.

I know Tamale Mirundi wasn’t a saint. We are all aware of how he used to speak. He was very truthful, and people don’t like listening to the truth. Those that he hurt, we ask you to forgive him. After all, we leave the judgment to God. Tamale Mirundi did his part on earth; we should let him rest in peace.
