    Lucky Jo, born Aaca Lucky Joshua Iisa, is quickly becoming one of Uganda’s most promising young talents in the music industry.

    Lucky Jo’s journey began in Kumi, where he attended Joy Christian School for his early education. He later transferred to Greenhill Academy and completed his secondary education at St. Mary’s Kitende before moving to Taibah International School. Despite his academic commitments, his love for music remained steadfast.

    In 2021, Lucky Jo officially launched his music career by recording his first song, “Keity.” The track was an instant success, resonating with young Ugandans and earning him a dedicated fan base. His talent caught the attention of established artists, leading to collaborations with stars like Fik Fameica and Spice Diana, which further cemented his place in the industry.

    Growing up in Kampala, Lucky Jo was influenced by a diverse range of music styles. This cultural exposure shaped his unique sound, which blends different genres effortlessly.

    His commitment to his craft is evident in the countless hours he spends in the studio, constantly experimenting and perfecting his music. His collaborations with Rema and Winnie Nwagi, slated for release soon, are highly anticipated.

    Lucky Jo’s discography includes popular tracks like “Kampala Rush,” “Party Mix,” “Mukwano” featuring Spice Diana, “This and That” with Fik Fameica, “Big Booty,” and “Melodies in My Heart.” These songs have not only showcased his versatility but also his ability to create hits that resonate with a wide audience.

    Drawing inspiration from both local and international artists, Lucky Jo looks up to Ugandan icons like Jose Chameleone, Winnie Nwagi, Ray G, Cindy, and the late Moze Radio.

    Internationally, he is influenced by stars such as Rema, Burna Boy, Omah Lay, and Justin Bieber.

    Beyond his music, Lucky Jo is deeply committed to giving back to his community.

    He regularly participates in charity events and uses his platform to raise awareness about important social issues.

    Lucky Jo has performed at notable events like Afro Palooza and Purple Party, as well as various shows in his hometown, Kumi.

    Despite his rapid success, he remains grounded, balancing his career with hobbies such as swimming, dancing, and sports.

    With just three years in the industry, Lucky Jo has already made a significant impact, thanks to his consistency and quality work.

    He believes the future of Ugandan music is bright and is honored to be a part of its evolution.
