During the burial of the late Tamale Mirundi, Frank Gashumba took the opportunity to offer advice to Tamale Mirundi Junior, the son of the deceased.
Addressing the mourners, Gashumba urged Junior to “step on the brake” when it comes to his public remarks.
Junior, who has shown a strong desire to follow in his father’s footsteps by making bold and often controversial statements, was cautioned by Gashumba to proceed with caution.
Gashumba mentioned that without his father’s protective presence, Junior may find himself more vulnerable to criticism and backlash.
Gashumba acknowledged the respect and fear that Tamale Mirundi commanded, which often shielded Junior from attacks.
However, he emphasized that with his father’s passing, Junior should be mindful of his words.
Despite the warning, Gashumba reassured Junior that he would be there to guide and support him during this challenging time.
