Bobi Wine responds & stings Bebe Cool over fasting comments
Former Kyadondo Municipality member of Parliament, bad Bobi Wine has wit-fully responded to his long time nemesis Bebe Cool over the wild comments he made about not being able to fast during the holy month of ramadan.
It should be remembered that a video of Bebe Cool in which he is heard telling an online bloger how fasting normally gets him suffering from Malaria and general body weakness left many bemused.
“Like I have said before, I’m a Muslim but I don’t fast because every time I try to, I get strong Malaria. This has been the case from the time I was a child. I tried it but it refused. I now compensate fasting with buying food for those who fast” Bebe Cool said in an interview.
Perhaps after hearing Bebe’s controversial comments about fasting, the National Unity Platform supreme leader felt the need to respond to his nemesis in a rather subtle way.
“We want to give our Muslim brothers all the respect they deserve. We also fast but not full day. Just like one of our brothers said that his unable to fast, some of us also stop at 2pm and call it a day” Bobi Wine passed on his Ramadan message indirectly hitting out at Bebe
