Fast-rising Uganda-based Tanzanian singer Mumbuyi Henry / Maombi Malick bin Sayid alias Malickhiizo has revealed that he will drop his first album dubbed ‘ PURE & BLACK’ this year on 7th April.
Before the end of 2023, Ugandans shall have many choices of music projects to enjoy as many artists are in the studio working.
The year that started relatively slow in terms of music projects released shall soon take a quick turn as several artists line up album releases.
Malickhiizo, too, is in studio, working, having added his name to the ever-growing list of artists ready to release music albums soon.
Malickhiizo is an international performing recording artist mostly Afro-beat, Bongo Flava, and Rhumba.
Malickhiizo has proved to be one of the certified biggest East African music exports globally, which has garnered him a huge following across the world with a couple of songs.
Malickhiizo started his professional music in mid – 2019 having produced a couple of songs. He grew up in Dar es Salaam ( Temeke ) where he was raised he was previously named Maombi Malick bin Sayid and he was named Mumbuyi Henry when he moved to Uganda
In 2023, he is among the artists to watch out for in the East African music scene.
