In a recent interview, singer Ssalongo Siraje claimed that his concert attracted a larger crowd than rapper Gravity Omutujju’s event.

Both artists held concerts at Lugogo Cricket Oval this year, but neither event was considered a major success.

Earlier this year, Ssalongo Siraje’s concert at the same venue saw a modest turnout. Last week, Gravity Omutujju faced a similar challenge, with his concert reportedly drawing fewer attendees than expected, leading to disappointment among his fanbase.

Speaking to Spark TV, Ssalongo Siraje expressed his confidence, comparing the two events. “My fans supported me throughout my concerts, and in the end, I was able to buy this ride. I got more people than Gravity Omutujju,” Siraje said, taking a subtle dig at the rapper.

The rivalry between the two performers has sparked interest among their fans, with both artists continuing to make headlines in Uganda’s music scene.
