My name is Rita Mwangi, married to Samuel Mwangi and a mother of three. Am 46 years old and all three of my kids have moved abroad to stay there permanently. In Uganda, it’s just me and my husband Samuel, who have stayed behind, either due to a permanent state of patriotism, a deep-seated love for our mother Uganda or the continuous stream of scandals by our political class. Even my younger sister Pauline is in Australia, married to a white Professor living large and suffering small.

Waist-up view of shorthaired Black woman wearing hoop earrings, teal jacket over orange top, and smiling while scrolling portable device in modern office.

Samuel celebrated his 56th birthday in October and launched his Foundation a week later. About that same week, I also discovered, hidden beneath his diary, a letter from a lady named Cynthia, who claimed to be in love with him and asked him to dump me for her. Upon further investigation, I realized that Cynthia wasn’t the only one. There were two others, the latest being a 22-year-old University student from Strathmore. He was cheating, again. Recently, his behavior has been erratic, his feeding habits had shifted, he was all of a sudden concerned with his skin care and was actively involved in politics, again.

He had done all this before, back in the desperate times of 1988. He had a job as a senior official within the Ministry of Finance then. He had the same exact symptoms he is having now, a renewed strength in wanting to see change in the political climate, seeking to look and smell better, a change in diet and several acts of heroism, including publicly criticizing the Moi regime and getting arrested a couple of times. Same symptoms, different era. He cheated with a lady called Maureen then and interestingly, a secretary named Cynthia, again!! The cycle was repeating itself. Back in 1988 I cried myself to sleep every night, but now, several decades later, I won’t do that again. I have learnt, painfully, that crying won’t solve the issue. I know he ignored my inquiry back then, he is more than likely to stick to the tried-and-tested formula again. I’m wiser now, having learnt that Infidelity is not solved by a hundred therapy sessions or divorce proceedings in court. There is only one fool-proof SOLUTION.

I went to Vihiga to seek Mugwenu Doctors. My sister was the first to apply his methods, and they worked wonders. Her husband has never cheated on her ever since she sought Mugwenu Doctors’s powerful spells. That is how I was able to stop Samuel in his tracks. Mugwenu Doctors has always proved dependable when it comes to streamlining broken marriages and tightening bonds. By the time I was back, all I heard were confessions from him on how distracting Cynthia was and how much I mean to her. It was over. If he wants to go back to politics, fine, but the cheating scandals I wasn’t going to stomach. Not anymore. Thanks to Mugwenu Doctors, I could rest, sure that no one else will pose a threat to our lengthy, peaceful marriage.
