After duping Obey that he was to help him with police investigators drop the case, Ndawula lied to Obey that CID investigators including the top bosses had accepted to drop charges provided Obey released 1 billion to which Obey accepted. He released the money to Ndawula thinking that the shameless son of Church of Uganda Reverend would pass over the money as alleged. However, Ndawula instead went and rented Golf-Course Hotel for five months after discovering that he would be harmed by police officers whom he had refused to give a share of the money. At Golf-Course, Ndawula would line-up young girls for breakfast and lunch every day. It is from Golf-Course that the extortionist Ndawula would manipulate reports and stories against Obey and his wish was that Obey be remanded so that he couldn’t ask for his money and indeed after Obey and his colleagues with sentenced, Ndawula celebrated because his mission of extorting 1 billion had go through without hindrance.

Yaya Xtra residence

Having eaten all the bloody money with women from Golf-Course Hotel, Ndawula realized that he would be thrown out of the hotel and the only option left was to acquire a house since the 50-year-old grandpa was renting. He opted for the current residence turned bar and drug clearance centre.

The Rakai extortionist first established as an eatery while luring his followers that it offers look dishes and alcohol but the main motive lure the cream of society into believing that it was indeed bar and restaurant. However, with the emergency of Coronavirus, the real truth about the facility was unveiled when Ndawula openly started to sell and trade in illicit drugs.

The #Covid-19 closure of the country and curfew restrictions came with harsh limitations to drug dealer Ndawula because many of his clients who were ever filling his residence couldn’t turn up as there was no transport means and even those with means wouldn’t risk since the bar and entertainment industry was closed. An insider told this website that equally Ndawula’s profession of extortion was as well closed.

“You see Stanley (Ndawula) can only survive through extortion and that means that he can do that when there is a scandal in order to manipulate those involved and without corruption scandal or scandal, he can’t manage to earn” said a former colleague at one of his previously place of employment.

Iliicit Drugs

The Coronavirus introduced new strategies and means of survival in extortionist Ndawula and therefore, he openly started selling Marijuana in flasks and sticks to women in the evenings before he upgraded to other harder drugs and among the key influencers is Vince Musisi who is said to have linked Ndawula with the drug suppliers in Kabalaggala. Vince Musisi is a music/entertainment fellow once married Josephine Karungi for two months. It is said that Karungi ran away after realizing that he is a drug addict.

Fred the security guru

There is another security guru known by the name Fred. This Fred is a regular at Yaya Xtra residence and by a mere fact that is linked to one of the key security organs, Ndawula usually drops his name whenever curfew enforcers visit the place. Fred is usually a fish lover which he eats and washes it with bottles of wine. However, we couldn’t ascertain whether he is also a drug consumer.

Rugby players

The rugby players normally frequent the residence because of quantity of food and marijuana that is given free by Ndawula to the players. However, these players are more less daily clients and it is said that they are the biggest clients of Heroin. The players are sometimes seen in company of an Okello who refers to himself as a security expert of sort.

Junior Minister

Another client of this place is a new junior minister in the tourism docket. The said minister is either ignorant about the activities of Ndawula but the fact is that the new minister needs to be told that Yaya Xtra residence is drug haven that he doesn’t need to be associated with.

Lawyer Kagoro

This lawyer needs no introduction as he is partner in crime with Extortionist Ndawula, this slender lawyer is said to be the supplier of documents on which extortionist uses to threaten people for money. He is famously associated with the Café Javas parliament avenue extortion Ndawula carried out especially the photographing of building allegedly owned by senior government employees.

The act of photographing and filming of houses and other properties of top government officials was a projected he undertook while in Red Pepper. However, the top leaders of Red Pepper didn’t know the intention and this is house he intimidated many top employees who in turn gave him money to drop the photos and stories. It is this very project that led him being sacked at Red Pepper after the bosses discovering he was extorting top government employees.

Stanley Ndawula through extortion

Extortionist Stanley Ndawula who is now a renown drug dealer is a man of seasons who doesn’t need introduction as his job is to extort or hire as a gun for denting images of prominent citizens as means of survival and no wonder he is hired by Friday Roberts Kagoro.

Many faces of the extortionist

Ndawula was Kagoro’s best man and this could explain why both have remained friends but above all, Kagoro uses Ndawula to extort and Ndawula uses Kagoro for legal cover whenever he is netted in extortion.
Businessman Wilberforce Wamala death and entry of Extortionist turned drug dealer Ndawula

Around 2012, Stanley Ndawula picked particular interest in a 2012 murder of businessman Wilberforce Wamala. To many, they knew this was a well-intentioned investigation by credible reporter but what the public didn’t know is that Ndawula had picked interest in the murder due to magnitude of money and properties the late had.

According to sources, extortionist Ndawula picked leads from his police connections and this is the time when Ndawula was still in good books with the police establishment especially Late AIGP Kaweesi, AIGP Grace Akullo and the then Police publicist and now Minister of Lands Judith Nabakooba. Insiders reveal that actually Extortionist Ndawula who used to drive then a sliver benze UAH series was being given fuel by Nabakooba and every Friday he would draw full tank at Shall Kampala Road near Mabirizi complex.

Ndawula got information that Wamala had been killed in unknown circumstances and his would-be witness was as well killed in a police cell in Bukasa. Ndawula’s informers told him that the second wife was being implicated in his death and that AIGP Kaweesi was in cahoots with the second wife to coverup and takeover property. It is from here that Extortionist Ndawula hooked up with the divorced wife of Wamala in London with a promise that he would help her access the president so that she could tell the first citizen her side of the story implicating police and more so the late AIGP Kaweesi.

Meanwhile as drug dealer Ndawula was busy luring her, his interests were making a kill out of the unsuspecting woman. She first came here and Ndawula hadn’t made any arrangement with State House, she stayed around as Ndawula lied to her that he can’t do much as Kaweesi wanted to kill him but in fact he was hiding away from the poor woman who he had conned $25,000 as advance to arrange the supposedly meeting.

She kept around for two weeks without any success, she returned to UK meanwhile Ndawula was busy writing articles that implicated late AIGP Kaweesi and it is from here that Kaweesi informed senior police officers to desist from dealing with Ndawula who was using his closeness with police to extort members of the public.
Ndawula kept on lying the poor woman through online his corrupt theinvestigator.com while he claimed his life could be in danger because he authored stories accusing Kaweesi of frustrating investigation into Wamala’s murder.

Before he founded The Investigator, Ndawula worked at Red Pepper where he covered the police and crime beat. As such, he developed extensive sources within the force and Kaweesi.
However, the two developed differences following his coverage of the murder of businessman Wilberforce Wamala, at his home in Mutungo in 2012 under mysterious circumstances.

In interviews with one of the businessman’s widows, Eliza Wamala, she claimed that Kaweesi had tried to interfere with investigations into her husband’s murder.
Ndawula regularly interviewed Eliza and gave her claims wide coverage to the annoyance of Kaweesi. One time, Ndawula claimed that his life was in danger due to these stories.

He said Wamala’s widow, who now lives in the United Kingdom, had petitioned President Museveni to intervene and revive the botched investigation into her husband’s murder.
Ndawula said he has it on good authority that President Museveni on March 16 (a day before Kaweesi’s death) grilled Gen Kale Kayihura, the inspector general of police; Mike Chibita, the director of public prosecutions, and William Okalany, the investigations officer of the case.

Benefiting from pension scam culprits

The best chance for Ndauwula to extort money was when Jimmy Lwamafa, the former PS in the Ministry of Public Service and his juniors were arrested and later convicted for stealing billions of shillings meant for pensioners. NdaWula is said to have convinced the Christopher Obey, the former Principal Accountant in the Ministry of Public Service that he was well connected with police investigators and that all they needed was to release about a billion shillings to help kill investigations into the matter. Close friends say Ndawula was given the money and disappeared into thin air as his victims were convicted to serve sentences at Luzira Prisons.
Ndawula didn’t give some of the money to the filthy policemen as he had promised. That meant that policemen involved in this deal but did not get a portion of the dirty money, had to look for him.

Ndawula acquires home from dirty money

Close friends say Ndawula used some of the money to buy a home in Kisaasi along Kulambiro Road. He used part of the house to establish a bar and restaurant, hosting big police bosses who have been violating Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) since start of lockdown.

Enter sale of Simbamanyo properties and trying to extort Sudhir

It is now on record that Kampala businessman Sudhir Ruparelia owns Simbamanyo building in Kampala, having legally bought it after an auction by Equity Bank. Here Ndawula thought he would intimidate Dr. Sudhir by writing negatively about the purchase of the building.

Sudhir bought the building through open bidding by Equity bank.
Ndawula, without facts, ran a story that Sudhir, who owns many buildings in Kampala and other cities, bought Simbamanyo seven days before the auction.

Sources say Counsel Friday Kagoro, a longtime friend of Ndawula and working for Muwema & Co. Advocates, is the one that gives the latter malicious information that Sudhir unfairly acquired Simbamanyo building.
